How long does it take to feel better?

Unfortunately, there is no predicting this-everyone is different. Some people notice a difference right away and others take time. Usually there is incremental improvement. One benefit of follow up appointments is that they are encouragement that we are on the right track. 

Is it ok to send a swab in the mail? Will it still be good?

Watch the Video! Yes, we have many clients who send swabs in the mail and we are happy with the results.  Make sure to send the swab which has been covered by saliva and place it in a ziploc bag with your first and last name written on the bag.  Mail to 225 4th Ave N, Franklin, Tn  37064.  Ensure you have 10 days between mailing your sample and your appointment to ensure it arrives in time.  We are also able to scan a picture of your saliva swab, just take a pic of your saliva swab in it's ziploc with your name and email or text it to us-saving time and trouble!

How often will I have to have an appointment?

Again, everyone is different, but often we recommend a follow up in 4-8 weeks-the client needs to take the recommended supplements, make the potential diet/lifestyle changes and give it time to work before we recheck.   We are excited to see the improvements!

What if there is a long wait? Is there another option?

You can drop off or mail (225 4th Ave N, Franklin Tn 37064) a swab with saliva-we will scan it and email results, usually within 2 business days.   All communication will be by email-this is a quick option for when our schedule is backed up.

Will I be on the supplements forever?

NO! We are in business to work ourselves out of a job! Our hope for everyone is that we will get them to the place where they take one or two basic supplements for maintenance and check in with us periodically as needed.

What happens if I have a question between appointments?

 We are available via email and pretty quick to respond.
